CLINIC TREATMENTS
All treatments are individualised to target personal needs. Treatments are provided over a choice of 30, 45, 60 and 90 minutes. During these sessions anatomical analysis is used to help identify areas of restricted movement, after which a range of techniques and modalities are used to increase mobility and stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms.
Modalities used include manual therapy, joint mobilisation and articulation, soft tissue massage, dry cupping, assisted and PNF stretching
We recommend these recovery sessions 1-2 times per week, depending on your level of athleticism, age and injury history. This service ensures that muscle composition remains healthy, breaking any developing scar tissue and encouraging blood flow and healing to these peripheral tissues.
GYM STUDIO
Personal training, small group and womens only sessions of 30, 45 and 60minutes. Realistic goal setting, recording your progress and celebrating every achievement.
Book to use the gym or become a premium member for unlimited access.
Professionals can hire the studio to use the facility to train their own clients.
